Franciscus Welirang said, the food security, self-sufficiency sense right now is if it does not import rice in massive quantities. Not to mention about the culture of farmers in planting, in which farmers have the right to choose seeds that are planted, cropping patterns, and patterns of fertilizer. 

"Also about the financing and the budget that determines the increase of national food security.
